Shipping and handling

Orders received Monday through Friday from 8:30am-4:30pm will be worked during working hours and depending on the flow of orders could take 8 to 12 hours to be ship.

Orders received on Saturdays and Sundays will be subject to availability of our staff and may take 24 to 72 hours to be processed.

Orders received on Fridays after store hours (8:30am-4:30pm) will be processed on Saturdays (depending on the availability of our staff) or early Mondays.

Tracking

Please wait 24 hours for your order to be shipped to check the tracking number sent.

Wrong or missing item

In case of receiving a wrong product or missing a product that has been paid, the customer will have 8 hours after receiving the merchandise to make a claim. It will take about 1 business day for us to review our files and videos to deduce if the error was from us. If the error was on our part, your merchandise will be sent free of charge as soon as possible.

If not, you will have to get in contact with the carrier and do your investigation.

Package returned/not sent

Custumer are responsible for shipping and re-shipping fees for any reason that is out of our hands

Reasons:

  • Wrong address provided by the client.
  • Incomplete address provided by client.
  • Not present at the moment of the delivery.
  • Other reasons.

REFUND

Our sales are Finals, all our products are carefully checked and supervised before leaving our store and for that reason our sales are FINALS.

WARANTY

  • We offer 7 days warranty on any electronics and/or batteries (you’ll have 3 days from the delivery day to report what is wrong with your electronic). A stocking fee of $20 might apply.
  • After the 7 days you can contact the manufacturing company for any problem where they will help you with your need (we’ll give you the information below).
  • NO exchange on normal Function tools.
  • Exchange is allowed withing the 7-day store warranty.
  • Return labels will not be provided by us, we will cover the re-shipping cost on any full defect item, or a mistake made by us.
